First I prepare myself through ritual, prayer and meditation and I also prepare my dedicated healing space in exactly the same way as if I were seeing a client in person. Then I connect with the recipient energetically, a photo is helpful to work with. A transfer of healing energy, love and Light takes place from me, the practitioner to the recipient as if they were there with me in person. The recipient has prepared themselves and is tuned in at the appointed time. Following the session it is best to drink lots of water and to rest if you can as this helps the body process the healing. If possible also take a bath with sea salt or epsom salt to help clear out the aura, the field of energy that immediately surrounds our physical body.
